A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine attempting to attack Colossus after misidentifying him as the culprit who destroyed the mansion, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season one episode "The Unstoppable Juggernaut," which aired on March 6, 1993. Measuring 12.5"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 9.5"x9.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, surface wear, light black line fade, and paper transfer stuck to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
