An original production background from the Disney Studios General Motors film, "The ABCs of Hand Tools" (1945). Featuring a gorgeous and slightly abstract gradient of yellow and green, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 12"x15.5" overall, the background is in very good condition with the imprint of a previous cel pairing visible. Likely a Tramp cel from Disney's "Lady and the Tramp" (1955) was paired with this background.
